For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage a geographical territory. Execute the full sales strategy including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how Equipment Share can help save money, increase profits, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction. Keep customers informed about new solutions and services that can benefit their business.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
- Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales track record.
- Knowledge of Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry (rental or construction) preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on Equipment Share products and services.
