Theidealcandidatewillberesponsibleforsafelymoving,lifting,andpositioningheavyequipmentandmaterialsusingrigginggearandequipmentinanindustrialenvironment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspectandmaintainriggingequipmentpriortouse.
- Attachloadstocranesandotherliftingequipmentusingcables,chains,slings,andhooks.
- Signalcraneoperatorsandassistwithsafeloadmovement.
- Ensureloadsareproperlysecuredandbalancedbeforelifting.
- Followallcompanyandsite-specificsafetyprocedures.
- Conductpre-jobhazardassessmentsandmaintainasafeworkenvironment.
- Workcloselywithsupervisors,crane operators,andothercrewmemberstocompleteprojectsefficiently.
Requirements:
- Previousriggingexperiencerequired.
- Knowledgeofriggingpractices,load calculations,andsafetystandards.
- Abilitytoworkinanindustrialorconstructionenvironment.
- Strongcommitmenttoworkplacesafety.
- Abilitytolift,carry,andperformphysicallydemandingwork.
- Reliable transportation.
- Mustpassallrequiredpre-employment screenings.
