What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance, engine repairs, electrical diagnostics, and complex mechanical repairs.
Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.
Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to maximize shop efficiency and productivity.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We're Looking ForStrong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
Your own professional tools.
A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ford dealership experience, Ford certifications, and ASE certifications are a plus.
