Overview

Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible/ Board Certified Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join their growing team in Angola, Indiana.

• Provide outpatient family medicine care with a full panel of patients to start due to retirement.
• Cover own call when available and sign out as needed to the office group; call center staffed with RNs handles most patient calls. An unattached newborn/pediatrics call is assigned to all providers in the community (not solely Parkview physicians).
• Office and hospital procedures, including OB, are available but not mandatory.
• Collaborate with a team of 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers; manage general family medicine cases including pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, chronic disease management, with optional OB.

• Office located at 306 East Maumee Street, Suite 201, Angola, IN 46703 in a Medical Office Building connected to Cameron Memorial Community Hospital (CMCH).
• Team consists of 4 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
