REMOPT is launching a major mobile network optimization project in Angola and is seeking experienced RF Optimization Engineers to enhance network performance across multiple technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects and contribute to improving connectivity in a dynamic market.

As an RF Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing network KPIs, conducting drive tests, and implementing optimization strategies for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. You will collaborate with vendor teams (Ericsson and Huawei), troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure quality of service for voice and data. • ✓ Perform network optimization for assigned technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G)
• ✓ Analyze KPIs and recommend optimization actions to improve coverage and capacity
• ✓ Conduct drive tests and post-processing analysis for performance tuning
• ✓ Troubleshoot VoLTE and 5G NSA issues and implement parameter adjustments
• ✓ Collaborate with vendor teams and ensure compliance with project standards
• ✓ Prepare reports and document optimization activities

• ✓ Minimum 5 years of experience in RF optimization for mobile networks
• ✓ Hands‑on expertise with Ericsson and/or Huawei technologies
• ✓ Strong knowledge of KPIs, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting techniques
• ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
• ✓ Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• ✓ Vendor certifications (Ericsson, Huawei) in RF optimization
• ✓ Experience with VoLTE optimization and 5G NSA tuning
• ✓ Familiarity with drive test tools and post‑processing software
• ✓ Ability to work in multicultural environments
• ✓ Strong analytical and reporting skills
