Make sure that the production teams adhere to our standards in term of health safety, food safety and HACCPParticipate and adhere of the company’s Comex actions and decisions
Detect issues in order to set corrective action plans
Follow closely KPIs and monitor the operations on daily basis
Be proactive in setting up action plans to improve our logistics and supply chain
Manage the teams and guarantee constant reporting
Report accurately and on time to your Management, including from the Group Supervise the human resources, planning, vacations schedules, timesheets
Identify key local and international suppliers for all materials, equipment and supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales in order to ensure savings
Select, maintain and manage a supplier base that is financially sound, technically competent ensuring quality at expected costs
Budget control and variance analysis
Make sure of the correct use of the ERP by your teams
Resolve the vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers
Analyze the market in order to find new suppliers
Follow the Group guidelines in term of implementation of innovation solutions, where applicable
Make sure the golden rules of the Group are followed (Inventory control …)Control the use of individual safety equipment by the employees
Inform about the performance of the quality management system and the opportunities for improvement
Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
Manage the logistic Warehouse to offshore sites The role requires versatility, innovation, and creativity in establishing safe working processes that comply with customer requirements. It is essential to uphold the Company's values, standards, and norms while ensuring strict adherence to all necessary QHSE and HACCP/CCP procedures to guarantee food safety. Profil 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with the last 5 years in Senior Management position
Previous experience in the field of catering preferredA good knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector is a plus.
Knowledge of relevant software
Planning and organizing
Decision Making Negotiating and Networking Problem-solving
Finance and Budgeting Proficiency with IT processes.
