GTAQ is urgently hiring seasoned RF Optimization Experts for a major project in Angola. This role is critical to ensuring optimal network performance across multiple technologies, supporting a high‑profile deployment for leading telecom operators.

Join our expert team to deliver cutting‑edge RF optimization for 2G/3G, 4G/VoLTE, and 5G networks in Angola. You will work on Ericsson (E///) systems as a mandatory requirement, with Huawei experience considered a strong advantage. • Perform RF optimization for assigned technologies (2G/3G, 4G/VoLTE, or 5G).
• Analyze network KPIs and implement tuning strategies to improve performance.
• Conduct drive tests and post‑processing for coverage and quality assessment.
• Collaborate with vendor and operator teams to resolve network issues.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for network enhancements.

• Fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
• Proven experience in RF optimization for Ericsson (E///) networks (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of 2G/3G, 4G/VoLTE, or 5G technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant telecom experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Angola for 18 months.

• Huawei optimization experience.
• Familiarity with advanced RF planning tools.
• Experience in multi‑vendor environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous African market experience.
