- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, product management, or a similar role, preferably within the construction machinery or heavy equipment industry.
- Good knowledge of road machinery products and the construction equipment market is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Strong communication, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willing to travel for business purposes and hold an active driving license.
- Preferably residing in Ankara or willing to relocate to Ankara.
- Support the sales and business development activities of road machinery products.
- Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Support product positioning and market development activities.
- Monitor business performance and prepare relevant reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
