İş, başlangıçta ofisten, daha sonra hibrit modelde haftada 3 gün ofis ve 2 gün uzaktan çalışmayı içerir. Özellikle iletişim becerisi kuvvetli olan, çözüm odaklı ve müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutan adaylar tercih edilir.
