Technical Project Manager Locomotive Maintenance Türkiye – Region

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to operations, commercials, fleet management, supply chain, finance and HR
• Development of the organization and process structure at the service locations according to ISO
  9001, ECM requirements and company guidelines
• Development of new maintenance locations, partners and project management for new contracts
• Budget planning, monitoring and responsibility as well as risk management
• Ensuring, recording and transparent reporting of key figures to superior
• Coordination between contracting parties, authorities, other Stadler departments as well as external partners
• Active support of sales projects
• Lead projects of the maintenance organization for locomotive maintenance in Turkey across different locations and teams

• Contractual & commercial interface for external parties (customer, suppliers, etc.)
• Active support of sales projects
• Lead projects of the maintenance organization for locomotive maintenance in Turkey across different locations and teams

• Relevant university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification, additional business degree is a strong benefit
• Demonstrated experience in rail vehicle industry field mandatory
• Good organizational skills, problem‑solving abilities and very structured and professional way of working
• Proven experience in leadership
• Hands‑on team player with positive attitude, high resilience and motivation
• Willingness to travel
• Team player, known for your social competence, ownership mentality, and results‑driven approach
• Experience in a multinational company is a plus
• Fluent in Turkish (verbal and written), good language skills in English (German as a plus)

• Relevant university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated experience in rail vehicle industry field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Turkish and English; knowledge of German is a plus
