What you’ll do:
  • Duration:
    Three years
  • Rotations:
    Three unique twelve‑month assignments designed to build broad experience in operations management across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
  • Potential Assignments:
    Lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, operations project management, logistics, or services operations—depending on country and business unit placement.
  • International Exposure:
    Two rotations will take place in different countries across the EMEA region.
  • Program Start:
    The program begins with a Manufacturing Engineer role at our Ankara (Sincan) plant, a strategic location within Eaton’s Medium‑ & Low‑Voltage product portfolio in EMEA. In this role, you will support end‑to‑end manufacturing engineering activities—ranging from process optimization and NPI industrialization to digital technology deployment—while partnering closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
  • The program begins in September 2026.
Qualifications:
  • Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) or engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering) by August 2026. A master’s degree in these fields is also preferred.
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
