The Information Technology Assistant supports the Information Technology Specialist team by assisting with technical support for internal users and helping ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. By providing first-level support for basic hardware, software, and user services, this role enables senior team members to focus on more complex technical issues.

• Receive and log technical support requests from users
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Provide remote support using tools such as Team Viewer or Any Desk
• Install and update basic software for users
• Assist with user account management in Active Directory or Azure AD
• Support IT inventory tracking and hardware setup for new employees
• Document support activities and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or a related field
• 0–2 years of IT support or help desk experience (internships accepted)
• Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office 365
• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge
• Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and basic networking concepts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented and eager to learn

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Odoo or SAP
• Basic knowledge of ITIL or IT service management frameworks
• Exposure to system or network infrastructure
