• Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in daily operations and overall management of the store
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Ensure product displays, signage, and merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure a knowledgeable team
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment and orders
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Univercity diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
