Tchibo is a unique company operating both as a retailer and a coffee brand, offering its FMCG products through retail chains as well as its own online store. While Tchibo Turkey initially focused more on non-food retail, in recent years it has increasingly emphasized its coffee heritage and expertise in its local offering.

We are looking for an Shops Region Supervisor/Manager to join our growing organization and support our accounting operations.

This position is based in Ankara and will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our stores located in Ankara, Eskişehir, Antalya, Mersin and Adana.

General Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the retail industry, preferably in regional/district management,
  • Experienced in budgeting and P&L control,
  • Analytical thinker with strong skills in KPI tracking and reporting processes,
  • Customer and result oriented, collaborative, with a hands‑on and engaging management style,
  • Experienced in team management and leadership,
  • Proficient in English,
Job Description
  • Managing P&L and store cost processes (rent, electricity, water, phone, renovation, etc.) of stores within the assigned district in line with budgets and targets,
  • Determining and tracking commercial actions in line with KPI targets (conversion rate, UPT, productivity, coverage, mystery shopping, etc.),
  • Analyzing rotation, sales and stock reports and taking necessary actions accordingly,
  • Conducting regular store visits to monitor and ensure consistent implementation of visual and operational standards across all stores,
  • Supporting and guiding stores in visual merchandising arrangements in line with category and theme management,
  • Controlling in‑store implementation of campaigns, promotions and projects,
  • Ensuring efficient and effective execution of product delivery, return and transfer organizations,
  • Supporting store teams in line with Tchibo's customer service approach and resolving customer complaints in coordination with Customer Services,
  • Managing store opening/closing organizations and location management in coordination with relevant departments (Real Estate, Sales Support, etc.),
  • Taking responsibility for the development of all store employees, primarily store managers, by providing coaching and leadership,
  • Managing recruitment, training, internal promotion, headcount planning and performance processes together with HRBP; minimizing turnover rate by increasing employee engagement.
