Transport Planner

About this Position

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily transportation of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You will work closely with service providers and Customer Service to resolve any shipment issues, supervise transport execution, and follow up on all transportation activities using Henkel tools. Additionally, you will manage corrections for additional or freight costs in SAP and the transport management system.

• Performs daily transportation planning for customer orders.
• Sends daily transportation plans to service providers.
• Coordinates with service providers in case any changes occur related to transport plans and shipments.
• Solves problems related to shipments.
• Supervises transport execution activities.
• Follows up on transportation activities using applicable Henkel tools.
• Communicates with customer service to improve customer satisfaction by delivering on time and in full scope.
• Makes corrections for additional costs or freight costs in SAP and the transport management system.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills.
