This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Ankeny, IA. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, showcasing inventory, and providing exceptional service throughout the car‑buying process. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, conducting test drives, presenting product features, and maintaining knowledge of current inventory. Collaboration with team members and a commitment to customer satisfaction are key elements of this role.

• Customer service and interpersonal skills for effectively building relationships with customers and ensuring a positive experience
• Sales and negotiation skills to meet or exceed sales targets and assist customers confidently in decision‑making
• Knowledge or enthusiasm for automobiles, with the ability to communicate product features and benefits clearly
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and appointments efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency to work with sales tools and inventory systems
• Ability to work in a dynamic team‑oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous sales or automotive experience is an advantage
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
