Construction Superintendent
Caliber Company is a real estate development company that specializes in land development, architecture, construction, property management, custom home building and realty. We’re seeking an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent to join our growing Jcorp Design Build Team
. If you thrive on seeing projects through from start to finish, keeping crews motivated, and ensuring quality work is delivered on time, this role is for you.
- Observe and engage in all aspects of construction from start to finish.
- Monitor and enforce compliance or as-built construction conditions.
- Observe and enforce building safety code and compliance
- Identify value engineering solutions and submit to project management
- Review and provide feedback on subcontract change orders, purchase orders and other requests
- Engage in jobsite labor related tasks
- Work with the Project Management team for onsite questions, follow up and support
- Train/Oversee/Mentor other Jcorp foremen/laborers to be effective and grow in their roles.
- Review project plans and schedules, keeping projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial and/or residential).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to keep teams on track.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Tech-savvy with project management or scheduling software experience a plus.

$80,000-$120,000 depending on experience
