Production & Technology Resident

PRODUCTION & TECHNOLOGY RESIDENT CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a technically skilled, ministry-minded leader to join our team as a Production & Technology Resident in a two-year program. This unique residency combines real-time production ministry experience with ongoing education to prepare you for a lifetime of service in the Church—particularly in the areas of production and technology.

As a resident, you’ll be working towards a degree or certificate an accredited program (undergraduate or graduate, depending on your background), while actively serving on our Worship & Production staff team. Our goal is to equip you both spiritually and practically for impactful leadership in ministry.

Our team exists to support all ministry environments at Keystone Church with excellence in audio, visual, lighting, and IT systems. From Sunday services to student ministries to special events, we ensure the technical side of ministry helps—not hinders—the work of the gospel.

As a Production & Technology Resident, you’ll help lead the Keystone

PRO Serve Team, support events and worship environments, maintain equipment and infrastructure, and assist in developing systems that scale with a growing church. You’ll be mentored in both production skills and leadership, and you’ll play a key role in making ministry happen with excellence and heart.

KEYSTONE CHURCH

Keystone Church of Ankeny is a dynamically growing church in the fast-growing city of Ankeny, Iowa (a northern Suburb of Des Moines). We are a 10-year-old church averaging around 1,500 on Sunday morning. We are elder led, preach through books of the Bible, and take our mission to help people know and follow Jesus very seriously.
