The Civil Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations, general safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, commissioning, coordination with other superintendent and project leaders on the jobsite. This position reports to the Field Operations Manager or another senior management personnel that the CEO may designate. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm local time. This position may be expected to travel up to 100%, or as needed for the project.

• Directs solar/construction personnel and/or installation subcontractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
• Coordination of personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules.
• Support the team with planning and utilization of proper means and methods for activities.
• Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action.
• Follow and implement the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policy.
• Identify welding certification, training and experience appropriate for assignment scope.
• Coordinate and implement resources and activities necessary to maintain a safe and quality execution.
• Assure all work undertaken is within approved scope boundaries and is in full compliance.
• Coordination with subcontractors on civil techniques and requirements.
• Advice site teams on equipment required to build Civil scope.
• Identify testing required per projects scope of work on roads compaction and fence.
• Communication with engineering parties to meet civil requirements.
• Manage manpower needed to complete project assignment.
• Maintain and supervise tool room and keep adequate storage.
• Coordination with procurement to order civil material.
