We’re looking for a hands‑on Process / Tooling Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team and help drive process improvement, tooling performance, and production readiness.
Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
What You’ll Do- Develop and validate processes using Scientific Molding techniques
- Perform DOE, OQ/PQ, and process qualifications
- Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and equipment issues
- Monitor process controls, quality, and production performance
- Maintain mold/process documentation and recommend improvements
- Partner with Design, Quality, and Project Engineering teams
- Train and mentor team members while supporting production
- Experience with Injection Molding / Plastics Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Scientific Molding
- Experience with DOE, OQ/PQ, and process validation
- Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
