Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Full-time / Part-time / PRN

We are seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners with primary care and/or urgent care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, treating a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to improving the health and well-being of our community.

• New Patients and Walk‑ins Daily – 45 patients between 2 Providers
• On‑Site Lab and Medical Imaging
• 6 Exam Rooms
• Clinic Hours (Monday–Friday; 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Weekends; 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
