PRN Occupational Therapist – Join a Team Where Your Work Truly Matters. If you are an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a passion for helping older adults live with greater independence and quality of life, our Rehab Team is seeking its next employee‑owner team member.
As an OT you will evaluate patients, establish functional goals, implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, meet productivity and documentation standards, and help patients achieve critical outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesAs a PRN OT, you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans, supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, maintain productivity standards, complete required documentation, and act as a trusted partner to the community.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Hold a valid state OT license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
