Resident Services Director (Full Time)
LocationAnkeny, Iowa
Salary Range$50,000–$60,000
Shift ScheduleMonday–Friday 8am–5pm
Weekend Rotation (Manager on Duty) 10am–2pm

Responsibilities- Be a Culture Creator: set the tone of community events and the engagement of residents.
- Be a Host with the Most: develop, run, and maintain a quality activities program that enriches the lives of seniors.
- Heart of the Community: know each resident, their preferences, and ensure engagement and satisfaction through compassionate service.
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- At least one year of experience conducting group activities and evaluating resident needs; experience supervising staff and training volunteers.
- Knowledge of care and supervision requirements appropriate to residents.
- Minimum 12th‑grade proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Can frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Criminally cleared.
- Good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks; health screening required within 6 months prior to or 7 days after employment; must test free of pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening.
- Clean driving record as per insurance policy.
- State‑required chauffeur class license.
