Physical Therapist or PTA to join our Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation program! As a Physical Therapist or PTA at On With Life, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with complex neurological conditions regain independence and quality of life.

  Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-5:00pm.

• Provide assessments and advanced services for persons with brain injury or other neurological disorders.
• Create and implement personalized intervention plans addressing motor function, mobility, cognitive skills, psychosocial skills, and positioning.
• Assist in the review of rehabilitation plans and make recommendations.
• Provide education and support to persons served and families.
• Assist in the education and training of staff on interventions to be performed outside of direct therapeutic treatment time

• Active Iowa Physical Therapy or PTA License (required)
• Ability to maintain CPR certification
