In a creative & fast-paced environment like a mobile game developer such as Geometry Dash Lite, this role also involves coordinating between teams (design, programming, QA, marketing) to support staffing and wellbeing.
Recruitment & Onboarding- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Screen applications / CVs.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Prepare onboarding materials (contracts, NDAs, orientation schedule).
- Maintain up-to-date employee files (both digital and physical).
- Update HR information systems (attendance, leave, performance reviews).
- Ensure confidentiality of employee data.
- Be a point of contact for routine HR questions from employees.
- Assist with orientation sessions.
- Help communicate company policies and benefits.
- Prepare HR documents and reports as needed (headcount, turnover, etc.).
- Assist with payroll support (timesheets, attendance verification).
- Support in setting up training sessions or team building activities.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g. art, design, programming, QA) to understand staffing needs.
- Assist in coordinating scheduling of new hires in technical roles, ensuring necessary access/software/hardware.
- Suggest improvements to HR processes.
- Help maintain and update internal HR policies.
- Assist in gathering data for HR metrics (e.g., hiring time, employee satisfaction).
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience – 1-2 years experience in HR or administrative role; experience in tech, gaming or creative companies is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational & time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ник.
- High attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills; ability

- Understanding of labor laws applicable in the company’s country.
- Flexibility; able to multitask and work in a fast‑changing environment.
- Passion for games or familiarity with mobile game development is beneficial.
