The AgVision Customer Support Specialist is a vital part of the team to help resolve customer software issues and questions. The support specialist works with a high degree of independence and exercises discretion and professional judgement in performing their daily duties and responsibilities.

• Assist and work closely with other team members and members of Hardware/Technical Services, R&D, and sales departments to fully resolve customer issues and questions in a timely manner.
• Professionally address questions and issues via phone calls, written correspondence, and online queries from AgVision customers regarding all AgVision software products.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation (online and written) when troubleshooting customer calls and during in‑house (Alpha) AgVision software testing.
• Participate as an active participant in R&D projects/initiatives during the design, testing, beta testing and deployment of new software products; some travel to customer sites may be required.
• Quickly learn and become proficient in supporting all enhancements, changes, features, and updates of the AgVision programs.
• Encourage to provide innovative ideas and suggestions to management and peers.

• Agriculture, accounting, or billing experience is a plus.
