Position: NCR POS Subject Matter Expert (SME)

JD and Must-Haves:

Retail POS/Payments support, with hands‑on Client Retalix R10 / Radiant / CX7 / 770x POS platform experience

Experience with fuel & forecourt systems — Site Controller, fuel dispensers, Price Advantage/Price Book integration

Strong log analysis skills (POS, FUEL PC, Windows Event Viewer) for advanced troubleshooting

ITIL-based incident & problem management experience; comfortable owning a problem backlog end-to-end

Scripting/automation exposure (e.g., Power Shell, Python, or RPA) to build L0/L1 self-heal solutions

Experience working with POS/payment vendors (Client, Verifone) to drive permanent fixes via JIRA/Service Now

Excellent stakeholder communication — able to work directly with client SHD/L2 leads and internal teams
