Pay Range: $75,000–$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience

The Senior IT Engineer is a force multiplier on our technical team.

This is not a position where you sit in one queue doing the same work every day. Our Senior Engineers rotate through every layer of our service delivery model on a 30-day Tour of Duty cycle - front-line support, scheduled technical work, and project delivery.

There is a reason for that.

We want senior technical knowledge close to the client experience. We want difficult issues solved faster. We want junior engineers learning from senior engineers. And we do not want any part of our technical organization operating in isolation.

You will know which lane you are in, what you own, and what success looks like - but you will also understand how every part of our service model fits together.

• Rotate through our service delivery tiers on a 30-day Tour of Duty cycle, staying connected to the complete client experience
• Own escalations from IT Engineers with accountability through resolution
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple client environments
• Monitor and remediate device and infrastructure alerts proactively - our clients should not have to call us about problems we should have caught first
• Own complex scheduled technical work from planning through completion
• Participate in and lead technical project delivery, including scoping, planning, implementation, documentation, and handoff
• Mentor and coach other IT Engineers - explaining your reasoning, not simply providing the answer
• Manage Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, SharePoint, and hybrid identity environments
• Work with firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, wireless, and other network technologies
• Support modern cybersecurity platforms and security-focused configurations
• Identify recurring problems and help eliminate root causes instead of repeatedly treating symptoms
• Document configurations, decisions, root causes, resolutions, and next steps with precision
• Leave every client environment better than you found it

• 3+ years of IT engineering, systems administration, or equivalent hands-on technical experience, preferably within an MSP or multi-client environment
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, and modern Microsoft environments
• Strong networking fundamentals, including switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience troubleshooting issues that do not have an obvious answer
