Job Title: Continuous Improvement Supply Management Specialist

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start/end times)

We are looking for a Supply Management Specialist to support continuous improvement initiatives and basic supply chain activities. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with foundational experience in supply management or related fields such as warehouse, inventory management, or coordination. The position focuses on cost reduction projects, supplier diversification, and process improvements to strengthen supply chain resiliency.

• Assist in developing and executing cost reduction and resiliency plans for assigned commodities.
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate basic supply management tasks, including supplier communication and project tracking.
• Use Excel for reporting and data updates; maintain accuracy and timeliness in documentation.
• Leverage ERP systems (such as SAP
  ) to review orders, track changes, and support sourcing activities.
• Follow Engineering Change Management (ECM) to ensure timely implementation of design and sourcing updates.

• 1+ years of experience in Supply Management or related areas (Warehouse, Inventory Management, Coordination).
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, reporting, formulas).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.

• Interest in continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies.
• Exposure to project coordination or supply chain processes.
