Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Ankeny, Iowa

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings for Quality Inspectors. Pay is $18/hr for a 1st shift.

Reports to: Site Supervisor / Site Leads

• Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure product meets set criteria.
• Perform quality inspections and audits on incoming material using hand gages and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications.
• Contain non‑conforming parts and/or sub‑assemblies; rectify them by rework, sorting, scrapping, de‑rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, plating, assembly/disassembly as directed.
• Determine tools and equipment needed; grind, sand, clean, oil parts using hand tools or equipment.
• Communicate inspection results to managers, supervisors, and production source.
• Use basic hand tools such as gages, drills, taps, grinders, sanders to repair and clean parts.
• Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.

• Proficiency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask
• Demonstrated flexibility in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material
• Ability to lift/move 30 lbs
• Reliable transportation

• 1+ year in a quality‑related position
• Basic knowledge of materials and production processes
• Basic knowledge of quality control methods

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
