** What you'll do as a CNA:
*** Provide care to residents under the supervision of the nurse and the support of your team
* Provide physical support for residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, - using the toilet, walking, standing, or exercising.
* Assists with organizing, cleaning, laundry, meals, and other assigned tasks
* Promptly answer residents' calls for assistance and provide compassionate care that is in alignment with their specific care plan
* Chart resident interactions throughout the shift and communicate efficiently with the members of your team
* Ensures that resident’s rights are adhered to
** What you'll need as a CNA:**
* ** Must possess a current active license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Iowa.
*** Experience/ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public.
* Prior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience is preferred, but not required.
