Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support daily activities in our laboratory environment. This role is essential for maintaining the overall organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the lab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming samples and reagents, preparing necessary buffers and reagents, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with various teams while contributing to critical laboratory functions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead general housekeeping, orderliness, and cleanliness of the laboratory.

- Receive and label incoming samples and reagents while maintaining sufficient labware inventory.

- Prepare buffers and reagents to support laboratory operations.

- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment necessary for production processes.

- Review and archive laboratory documents as required.

- Understand and adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.

- Manage multiple tasks effectively while collaborating with more than one technical supervisor.

- Interface with other functions such as manufacturing and research personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

- Proficient in troubleshooting laboratory equipment.

- Knowledge of EHS guidelines and laboratory safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
