- Lead and maintain general laboratory operations, including housekeeping, orderliness, and cleanliness of work spaces
- Receive, process, and accurately label incoming samples according to established protocols
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of labware and coordinate receiving of supplies
- Prepare buffers and reagents following standardized procedures
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment required for genotyping production activities
- Review, organize, and archive task-related documents in accordance with quality standards
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Employee Safety and Health guidelines at all times
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and workflow guidelines consistently
- Interface effectively with manufacturing and research personnel across departments
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
