• Lead safety briefings on job site and identify, eliminate, or mitigate hazards.
• Perform High, Medium, and Low voltage testing of electrical power equipment as crew leader.
• Utilize Human Performance Error Elimination concepts and tools.
• Consult manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering personnel to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems and determine optimum functioning.
• Prepare and maintain reports detailing all tests, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and clean equipment and components.
• Lead safety culture and supervise other team members.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical apparatus.
• Understand the theory and rationale behind testing, analyze results.
• Develop and write technical reports.
• Create plans for testing apparatus.
• Manage large-scale and complex projects.
• Train and qualify Field Technicians I, II, and III.
• Interact with customers.
• Perform complex troubleshooting.

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Complete a satisfactory criminal background check.
• Must be able to work overtime and travel out of town for periods of time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology, or Military experience preferred.
• 10+ years relevant industry experience.
• NETA I certification; NETA IV certification a plus.

• Able to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and lift 70 lbs.
