Base pay range$55.00/h – $90.00/h

- Lead safety briefings on job site and identify, eliminate, or mitigate hazards.
- Perform High, Medium, and Low voltage testing of electrical power equipment as crew leader.
- Utilize Human Performance Error Elimination concepts and tools.
- Consult manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering personnel to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems and determine optimum functioning.
- Prepare and maintain reports detailing all tests, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and clean equipment and components.
- Lead safety culture and supervise other team members.
- Install, test, and maintain electrical apparatus.
- Understand the theory and rationale behind testing, analyze results.
- Develop and write technical reports.
- Create plans for testing apparatus.
- Manage large-scale and complex projects.
- Train and qualify Field Technicians I, II, and III.
- Interact with customers.
- Perform complex troubleshooting.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Complete a satisfactory criminal background check.
- Must be able to work overtime and travel out of town for periods of time.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology, or Military experience preferred.
- 10+ years relevant industry experience.
- NETA I certification; NETA IV certification a plus.
- Able to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and lift 70 lbs.
