Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PRIMARY PURPOSE

This position is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service through the safe and efficient delivery of parts and products to Housby customers within the defined dealership territory. This position will also assist with generating sales leads while developing relationships among customers.

• Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Deliver parts and products to Housby customer base.
• Complete all appropriate paperwork at time of delivery and obtain signatures as required.
• Pick up parts at local vendors as needed.
• Maintain and create good customer and internal relationships.
• Generate sales leads and provide generated leads to appropriate internal channel.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Ensure that provided company vehicle is maintained in an appropriate manner, including appearance, maintenance checks, and safety inspections.
• Deliver and pick up mail from the local post office.
• Notify the Parts Manager of any vehicle repair needs/concerns.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Expected to follow the Company's safety rules and safety policies.

• Basic computer skills.
• Capable of operating a forklift safely.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive in various road conditions.
• Ability to navigate a geographic area.
• Must follow and have Housby's Core Values.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Oral communication over the phone and in person.
• Ability to view a computer monitor.
• Strong alpha/numeric keyboarding.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of material.
• Requires the use of both hands to carry packages, parts, boxes, etc.
• Significant sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, carry, kneel, push, crouch, and reach.

• The work environment for this position is varied due to the differences in our work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic and outside weather conditions.
• Works indoors and some outdoors.
• Noise level is usually moderate to loud.
• Some evening hours may be required.
