Schedule: Monday – Friday.
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Full‑time position. Works onsite and requires compliance with DOT regulations. The supervisor coordinates and schedules a fleet of drivers to maximize operational performance and customer satisfaction.

• Coach and counsel drivers on safety, performance, productivity, and morale; supervise their daily activities.
• Direct, schedule, and assign driver work; plan, assign, and distribute daily workload while coordinating loads, equipment, and backhauls.
• Develop daily delivery plan using equipment, manpower, and resources to ensure an efficient operation; implement transportation solutions for assigned customers optimizing cost and profitability.
• Identify and resolve delivery and scheduling issues via timely communication with customers, drivers, vendors, and other Ruan locations.
• Perform administrative functions including payroll, billing, driver counseling, and post‑accident reviews.
• Participate in the review and analysis of operating performance.
• Enter all required operational data into the Ruan Transportation Management System in near real‑time.
• Monitor and promote safety and compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
