Learjet 45 Pilot in Command — Exec 1 Aviation
Location:
Ankeny, Iowa
Exec 1 Aviation is seeking a safety-focused, professional Learjet 45 Captain for our Part 135 charter operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional passenger service.
Responsibilities- Serve as Pilot in Command in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Oversee flight planning, weather review, aircraft readiness, and crew coordination.
- Coordinate with scheduling and maintenance to support safe, reliable operations.
- Provide a professional, welcoming experience for every passenger.
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical.
- 2,500 hours total flight time.
- 1,000 hours Pilot in Command.
- 500 hours multiengine.
- 250 hours turbine.
- Meet applicable Part 135 PIC qualifications and company insurance requirements.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Learjet 45 type rating.
- Previous Learjet 45 and Part 135 charter experience.
- Strong communication, crew leadership, and customer service skills.
