• Reconciles general ledger accounts.
• Prepares journal entries for payroll and other related expenses.
• Prepares monthly reports and any required governmental reports.
• Prepares monthly benefit report from payroll for HR.
• Year end payroll accounting.
• Processes Japanese payroll on a monthly basis.
• Processes retiree payroll on a monthly basis.
• Special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1 to 2 years of position-related experience; preferably 2 to 4 years of position-related experience.
