Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.

Address client inquiries about tax services, pricing, and general procedures.

Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while managing client interactions.

Appointment Scheduling

Manage and schedule client appointments using office software.

Coordinate with tax professionals to ensure availability and manage scheduling conflicts.

Send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients.

Document Management

Collect and verify client documents, ensuring all necessary information is received before tax preparation begins.

File and maintain client records, both physical and digital, in a secure and organized manner.

Assist clients with completing intake forms and ensuring accuracy.

Payment Processing

Accept and process payments for services rendered.

Provide receipts and keep accurate records of transactions.

Office Support

Keep the front desk area clean and organized.

Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

Support tax professionals with administrative tasks, such as data entry or document preparation.
