Judson Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PARC Support Staff member to join our Post Adoption Resource Center team. This position plays a key role in supporting adoptive, foster, and guardian families by ensuring smooth program operations, high-quality customer service, and strong administrative support.
Position OverviewThe PARC Support Staff provides administrative, communication, and logistical support to the PARC team. This role includes assisting with program activities, coordinating events and support groups, managing data and billing functions, and engaging in outreach efforts to promote the services available to families.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities Program & Family Support
- Provide quality customer service to families primarily via phone and email, and occasionally in person.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and concerns of adoptive, foster, and guardian parents.
- Establish rapport effectively and assist families in locating appropriate resources within the region.
- Support planning and facilitation of PARC events, trainings, meetings, and support groups.
- Assist with social media and public awareness activities to promote PARC services.
- Contribute to newsletter development, website updates, and email communications.
- Prepare and send bulk mailings and community outreach materials.
- Perform billing duties and ensure adherence to contract compliance.
- Complete data entry, filing, copying, printing, and general clerical tasks.
- Answer phones, greet consumers, and schedule appointments.
- Track and maintain petty cash usage.
- Order program supplies and maintain inventory.
- Post and monitor content on the program website.
- Participate in required trainings and attend all scheduled team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
