• Be the expert who identifies, confirms, and resolves customer concerns with precision.
• Inspect vehicles and provide clear, accurate repair estimates.
• Act as the vital link between customers and technicians – communication is key.
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Write repair orders and estimates using Profit Net ADP.
• Utilize Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating systems with confidence and accuracy.

• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Solid typing and computer skills to process repair orders efficiently.
• Strong math skills to calculate service costs with accuracy.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
