* Inspect vehicles and provide clear, accurate repair estimates.
* Act as the vital link between customers and technicians — communication is key.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and urgency.
* Write repair orders and estimates using Profit Net ADP.
* Utilize Pathways, Mitchell, and Audate

* What You Bring:

*** Outstanding communication and time management skills.
* Solid typing and computer skills to process repair orders efficiently.
* Strong math skills to calculate service costs with accuracy.
* A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
