** Responsibilities
* ** Responsible for all faces of acquiring a used-car inventory through, direct contacts, generated leads, off site auctions, dealers, internet inquiries from customers or any other available avenues
* Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and insures timely processing of all purchases
* Responsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning process
* Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools
* Requires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictate
* Generate leads and create appointments by researching the available used car market
* Meet car buying quotas
* Understand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas.##
** Qualifications
* ** Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
