Compensation: $240,000 – $260,000 annually, with benefits including insurance, loan repayment, paid time off, and professional development.

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic treatments.
• Supervise medical residents and students, perform routine procedures, and manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and mental health.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring culturally competent, trauma-informed care, and addressing social determinants of health.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance, and participate in quality improvement and community outreach.

• MD/DO with residency training.
• Active state medical license.
• Commitment to underserved populations.
• Preferred experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and value-based care.
