• Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment
• Prepare and deliver course content using appropriate materials
• Follow course syllabus and assessment guidelines
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback
• Support student success through guidance and advising
• Participate in curriculum planning, assessment, and professional activities
• Maintain professional knowledge and comply with training requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Variable according to class schedules. Up to 8 contact hours per week or 120 per semester. Employment terms depend on college enrollment.

• Earned MBA or Master’s Degree in business, statistics, or research-related field from a regionally accredited institution

• Recent successful post-secondary teaching experience in Business courses
