Ann Arbor, MI
. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6 weeks- to 18 months; as well as be comfortable diapering and toilet training.

• This is a Direct Hire position with the school
• Full-time Monday - Friday; year-round employment

• Lead Infant Teacher: working with children 6 weeks to 18 months and the shift would be 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday

• $17.00 - $21.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as assisting with the maintenance of educational portfolios
• Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

• REQUIRED
  
  Education:
  
  Minimum Child Development Associate (CDA) or Associates Degree in Educationor related field is preferred
• REQUIRED Experience: Minimumof 1 yearof experience in a licensed ECEfacility
• Must be at least
  18years of age
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
• Must meet background check eligibility
