We are seeking a Project Controls professional in industrial, power, and waste sectors who aligns with our values and seeks a company that is diverse, inclusive, and committed to high performance teams. Role OverviewThe Senior Estimator will focus on developing and reviewing capital, construction, and service estimates across various sectors including Waste, Power, and Industrial. Responsibilities include applying crew-based estimating techniques, performing quantity takeoffs, managing data and databases, analyzing market conditions, and supporting proposals and training. Maintaining current knowledge of construction methodologies and market trends is essential.
Preferred Qualifications- Certifications such as CPE, CCT, CEP, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, PMP, CCM, PRMP, DRMP, PE
- Local candidates preferred
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Sage, Assemble, RS Means)
- Knowledge of project scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
- Understanding of electrical equipment and construction methodologies
- Ability to develop and interpret construction schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years' related experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, and risk management in construction
- Intermediate management skills
- Ability to lead small project estimates
- Excellent communication skills
