• Drive the full design process from concept to delivery, creating innovative solutions that achieve project goals
• Produce precise 3D models and drawings that bring engineering concepts to life and support project success
• Apply problem-solving expertise to overcome technical challenges and ensure designs meet safety and performance standards
• Deliver client-ready documents on time and within budget, maintaining uncompromising quality and compliance
• Partner with engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate work and strengthen collaboration
• Mentor peers, share feedback, and continuously expand your technical and professional capabilities

• Associate degree in engineering technology or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision
• Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments while upholding ethics and confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency in engineering and design software (MS Office, AutoCAD, CAD, Blue Beam, Navisworks, etc.)
• Capability to independently manage priorities, meet deadlines, and produce detailed construction-ready drawings
