The Opportunity Type is Staff; relocation is not eligible; full-time position. This is an employee-owned company where professionals share in ownership and long-term success.

• Lead, design, and manage new and upgraded projects on hydropower systems including:
• Hydro turbines
• Dam and water conveyance, including radial gates and large valves
• Generator cooling systems
• Raw water systems
• Fire protection systems
• Turbine and generator bearings
• Compressed air systems
• Bearing oil systems
• Perform dam safety inspections (lighting, drainage, isolation methods, handrails, doors, alarms, etc.) and design improvements to HVAC systems, spillway gates and hoists, instream flow release, and low-level outlets

We deliver hydropower solutions worldwide, providing studies, valuations, optimization, full design services, construction support, and project management from concept through execution.

• 10+ years of mechanical or systems engineering experience in power generating facilities or related fields
• Experience managing projects and/or programs in a utility power plant setting
• Experience in design and operation support of conventional and pumped storage hydroelectric generation stations
• Previous experience in a client-facing role

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects where applicable

• Office environment with potential for site visits requiring physical tasks (crouching, grasping, standing/walking)
• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days, based on manager discretion and work assignments
